Adhere to integration, innovation and diversified expansion, promote the integration of highway passenger stations with postal services, tourism and other functions, encourage qualified highway passenger stations to expand functions such as non local terminal buildings, encourage the exploration and innovation of operation management and commercial development models, and accelerate the application of new business types and models such as "Internet+" transportation.
