Guangdong Xinguangsha Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. was founded in 1976. At present, it has Class A qualification for engineering design, Class A qualification for fire protection design, Class A qualification for landscape design, Class B qualification for engineering survey and Class B qualification for urban planning preparation officially issued by the Ministry of Construction. There are more than 350 employees and a large number of excellent design talents in various disciplines, including 58 senior engineers, 95 intermediate engineers, 16 national first-class registered architects, 36 national first-class registered structural engineers, 15 registered equipment engineers, 7 registered geotechnical engineers, 12 national second-class registered architects, and 21 national second-class registered structural engineers. The company has six functional departments, including the professional design department, the market operation department, the chief engineer's office, the financial department, the administrative personnel department, and the reference room. The professional design department is divided into seven design departments, including the urban planning room, the architectural design room, the structural design room, the garden design room, the survey room, and the decoration design room.
