Public buildings Three commonly used structural forms: hybrid structure, frame structure and spatial structure.
1. Hybrid structure
It is usually a brick wall and reinforced concrete beam slab system. The beam slab span is small, and the plane of the load-bearing wall is arranged in a rectangular grid. It is suitable for buildings with small rooms and few floors (such as schools, office buildings, hospitals). The load-bearing wall shall be as uniform and circular as possible, with upper and lower layers aligned. The size of the opening is limited, and the height thickness ratio of the wall shall be reasonable. The large room shall be on the top and the small room shall be on the bottom.
2. Frame structure
The division of work between load-bearing and non load-bearing components is clear, and the space processing is flexible, which is suitable for high-rise buildings or buildings with complex space combinations.
3. Spatial structure (long-span structure)
Public buildings Give full play to the material performance, provide a huge space without column in the middle, and meet the special use requirements.
