China's first Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings has been officially implemented since July 1, 2005. Affected by this, the supporting industry closely related to housing construction will face a new round of reshuffle. The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Construction believes that: "On the one hand, some popular products will be squeezed or even stopped production; on the other hand, upgraded products will face many technical challenges. According to the scope of building energy conservation, energy-saving buildings emerging in recent years can only be regarded as having the potential of energy-saving buildings, and it will take a long time to truly achieve building energy conservation."
Public buildings state
Public buildings The national standard for engineering construction, Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings (GB50189-2015), was approved and issued in February 2015, and has been implemented since October 1, 2015. The original Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings (GB50189-2005) shall be abolished at the same time.
