At present, more than 70% of large public buildings do not have full-time energy conservation management personnel, and enterprises generally do not establish corresponding energy management systems, so they can not timely grasp the overall energy consumption, and the operation and energy conservation of major energy consuming equipment. In general, the management of energy consumption equipment of most large public building owners is only from the perspective of safe use. It has become very urgent to establish an internal energy-saving management system of enterprises.
2 Energy saving demand of large public buildings
There are many kinds of electrical equipment in large public buildings, mainly including central air conditioning, lighting, elevators, water supply and drainage, electric heating loads, transformers and other mixed loads. The energy consumption of various electromechanical equipment has a large space for energy saving. At the same time, the implementation of energy conservation for electromechanical equipment in the building has the advantages of faster effect and less impact on the normal use of the building compared with the change of the wall and window structure of the building.
(1) Energy consumption status of central air-conditioning
Generally, in large public buildings, the energy consumption of the central air-conditioning system accounts for more than 40% of the total energy consumption, while the actual heat load of the central air-conditioning system in most buildings is far lower than the design load in most of the time, and the host machine, auxiliary machine and terminal comfort fail to achieve reasonable dynamic regulation, resulting in low system efficiency and serious waste of electric energy.
(2) Energy consumption status of lighting system
At present, many public buildings are totally enclosed space mode, relying on artificial lighting for lighting. During working hours, the lighting system is usually continuous lighting, which consumes large energy and increases indoor heat load. Different lighting energy-saving measures can be selected according to the actual needs, which is very important for improving lighting efficiency and saving energy.
(3) Energy consumption status of elevator system and other power equipment
At present, energy-saving elevators in large public buildings account for only 2% of the total elevators in China, with huge energy-saving potential. And other energy consumption equipment such as water supply and drainage in public buildings can also have certain energy-saving space by taking certain control measures.
(4) Energy consumption status of power supply and distribution system
The power supply and distribution system will generate power loss (active and reactive power) and energy loss (active and reactive energy) in the corresponding time during transmission through wires, switches, transformers and other equipment.
