The total floor area of the building is 77500 square meters. It is composed of three towers: the high-rise tower is 80 meters high, the high-rise slab building is 50 meters high, and the multi-storey tower is 21 meters high. Three towers with different heights and proportions are scattered on the podium with a height of 12 meters. The podium roof is a spacious green roof space. There is an outdoor courtyard in the middle of the three towers, providing a beautiful courtyard landscape for the three towers. The ground floor of the building is connected by the lobby, and the simple architectural modeling is integrated, which stands out from the surrounding urban landscape. The outdoor greening continues the simple and pure characteristics of the building and provides a city square for employees. The courtyard greening is impressively exquisite and becomes the finishing touch of the lobby.
In the overall layout of the ancient city entrepreneurship building, the spaces with different definitions are summarized into four building volumes - the standard office of the middle core tower type, the standard office of the partial core plate type, the supporting office of the large space, and the shared lobby. Each building is different in size and height, just like building blocks, forming a "group" of buildings with rich forms. The west of the building is Beijing Xishan Mountain. There are few high-rise buildings to the west of the plot, and excellent landscape resources can be shared in dislocation among the building blocks of various heights.
As a hub, the shared lobby in the middle is an "L" shaped space, which not only connects the other three groups of buildings, but also encloses an internal sunshine landscape courtyard. The lobby is enclosed by a transparent glass curtain wall with two floors high. On the first floor, a colonnade is set to transition between indoor and outdoor space. The view can directly pass through the lobby to view the landscape of the sunny courtyard. The bright light enriches the building level and optimizes the user's spatial experience.
Each internal space unit of the building follows the standard rectangular plane, but adapts to the use habits of various office workers with great flexibility. The outdoor landscape greening continues the simple and pure characteristics of the building and provides a city brand square for the building. The inner courtyard landscape is impressionistically exquisite, with wood, stone, metal and plants dancing along the curve in the sun. It is the focus of the lobby and a good afternoon leisure place.
