On the morning of December 2, 2016, a delegation of 15 people led by Wu Gengke, Chief of Construction Management Section of Meizhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, Zhang Xiao, President of Meizhou Survey and Design Industry Association, Yang Zhi, Secretary General, Zhang Xiaofen, Deputy Secretary General, and representatives of member units came to our association to exchange work experience. President Li Xun, Vice President Zhang Miao, Li Feng, Deng Guanqiu and Secretary General Zhang Caihong warmly received the guests.
After everyone introduced each other and got to know the participants, President Li of the Association gave an overview of the professional staff, office facilities, working conditions and other basic information of the Association, and then Secretary General Zhang gave an experience introduction on how to attract members, serve members, guide members to self-discipline, undertake government functions, and train technicians, which are the five daily key tasks of the Association. After listening to my introduction, the colleagues in Meizhou City raised relevant issues based on their own actual situation. The two sides discussed them one by one, and opened the topic, spoke freely and talked warmly. Both sides of the association will absorb the essence and discard the dross, and benefit greatly. The symposium lasted nearly two hours and was a complete success under warm applause.
